1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CineVibes.lk, creating an account, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our platform.
2. User Accounts & Anti-Abuse Policy
To maintain platform integrity, each user is allowed only ONE account per physical device (enforced via unique Device ID). Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or attempting to bypass device identification will result in an immediate and permanent account suspension without prior notice.
3. CV-Coins & PRO Subscriptions
CV-Coins earned via daily claims, loyalty bonuses, or referrals are digital assets specific to CineVibes.lk and have no real-world monetary cash value. Coins spent on requesting PRO Subscription plans or services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to audit, revoke, or adjust coin balances acquired through exploit attempts or system glitches.
4. Community Conduct & Content Guidelines
When posting in the Community Hub or leaving comments, you must refrain from sharing profanity, malicious code, personal security keys/tokens, or promotional external links. Users who violate community rules may have their posting privileges revoked or face full account termination.
5. Third-Party Content & Links
CineVibes.lk acts as an informational catalog and community hub. Media content, trailers, or third-party links accessed through the site belong to their respective owners. We do not directly host copyrighted video files on our main web servers and assume no liability for content hosted on external third-party services.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend (`isActive: false`) or permanently ban any user account that engages in abusive behavior, spamming, exploitation of reward systems, or violation of security patterns. Suspended accounts lose access to all accumulated CV-Coins and PRO plan benefits.
7. Limitation of Liability
CineVibes.lk and its administration team shall not be held liable for any temporary site downtime, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform. Service availability and features are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CineVibes.lk after changes are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the newly revised terms.
